Together, we are strengthening overdose prevention efforts through increased harm-reduction education, access to resources, and community support.

CARE Dallas is proud to share an important step forward in our mission to protect and empower our community: Livegy is now a branch of CARE Dallas.

This partnership brings together CARE's long-standing commitment to prevention, education, and youth/community-focused outreach with Livegy's life-saving work in harm reduction- such as Naloxone (Narcan) access, fentanyl awareness, and overdose prevention education. Together, we are expanding our impact and meeting a growing need in our community.

Building on Life-Saving Work

Livegy was founded with a clear and urgent purpose: to fight the opioid epidemic by placing Naloxone where it is needed most, Through Narcan supplied wall fixtures, vending machines, and community education, Livegy has helped normalize overdose prevention as a matter of public safety- reducing stigma and increasing access to a resource that saves lives.

By bringing Livegy under CARE Dallas, we are building on this foundation and strengthening our collective response to the opioid crisis. This collaboration allows us to scale harm reduction efforts while remaining rooted in CARE's broader prevention education mission.

Why This Matters

The overdose crisis continues to impact families, schools, and communities across DFW and beyond. Fentanyl is increasingly present in illicit drugs, often without people's knowledge, making education and access to Naloxone more critical than ever.

This partnership ensures:

Greater access to Naloxone in schools, public spaces, and community locations
Increased availability of Narcan training for individuals and organizations
Expanded education around Fentanyl risks and overdose response
A unifed, stigma-free approach to harm reduction and prevention

What LIVEGY x CARE Dallas Offer:

As a branch of CARE Dallas, Livegy focuses on immediate solutions that empower people to act in the event of an overdose emergency, equipping our community with practical and mindful resources.

Naloxone (Narcan)

Naloxone is a safe, easy-to-use nasal spray that can reverse an opioid overdose. We ensure individuals and communities have access to these life-saving resources by offering them for FREE and without judgement or questions.

Narcan Training

Our trainings equip participants with the knowledge and confidence to respond to an overdose emergency. Topics include recognizing overdose signs, how and when to administer Naloxone, fentanyl awareness, and good samaritan protections.

Trainings are available in both English and Spanish.

Drug Testing Kits

We offer FREE drug test kits for individuals and families who are looking out for safety, prevention, and peace of mind. Whether you're a parent wanting to take an extra step to protect your child or an individual who needs a test for personal reasons such as a job interview, these kits are provided as a supportive, judgement-free resource.

Please be aware that our drug test kits are intended to support awareness and are not a guarantee of safety or a replacement for medical, legal, or laboratory services.

Narcan Vending Machines

CARE Dallas x Livegy Narcan Vending Machines provide 24/7, anonymous access to Naloxone in high-need locations such as schools, libraries, and community centers- reinforcing overdose prevention as a public health priority.
