About CARE Dallas
For 41 years, CARE-Dallas has been committed to empowering youth, families, and communities through prevention education and substance use awareness.
Through school assemblies, prevention programming, professional development for educators, and harm reduction seminars, we equip communities with the tools and confidence to respond effectively to drug related concerns or crisis before they occur. We are proud to offer free, life-saving resources such as Narcan to ensure everyone has access to support and the care they deserve.

Our programs at CARE-Dallas aim to empower individuals to embrace a healthier lifestyle, define their own future, and positively impact the community.

Our History
Founded in 1984 to address rising substance and alcohol use, CARE-Dallas continues to grow, expanding its reach by offering education, support, and referrals. Recently celebrating 41 years, CARE continues to empower our youth and community by raising awareness about the dangers of underage drinking and substance use in Dallas.
CARE remains accessible and committed to its mission of promoting education and awareness in Dallas about alcohol and substance abuse.
Our Mission
At CARE-Dallas, our mission is to educate and empower the community to make informed decisions about alcohol and substance use, ultimately leading to a safer and healthier Dallas.

Our Vision
We envision a DFW community where prevention is proactive, conversations around substance use are stigma-free, and every individual has access to education, support, and harm reduction resources such as Narcan that can save lives.
